Next Step has established itself as the advanced activity for youth leaders who want to increase their international competencies. It was created as a cooperation project between European Fellowship and Fimcap Europe in the form of a study session funded by the Council of Europes’ European Youth Foundation. The course took place in 2008, 2010 and 2011 at the European Youth Centre in Strasburg, France.

 

It has moved to Silkeborg, Denmark and will facilitate 25 leaders from about 15 different national youth organisations who come together for a week to exchange ideas about topics that concern us all (and have a lot of fun along the way!).
